PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are the accepted methods of payment.
All clothing orders will be shipped within 24 hours of you making the purchase.
On weekends, your package will be posted the following Monday.
We use the following carrier(s) to deliver our clothing orders:

A tracking # will be provided once it has left our office, we will send you an update on your order with the tracking information. Please note all clothing orders can be tracked by visiting: http://auspost.com.au/
If you are not at home to collect your order, it may be taken back to your local post office. A calling card will be left in order to indicate this has occurred. You will then be required to collect your parcel from your local post office.
We have a 2-5 days shipping guarantee on all clothing orders for Australian capital cities and major metro areas. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-7 days.

EXPRESS shipping costs $10.00 to post Australia wide.
If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. If you are unhappy with this arrangement, we are open to providing a direct refund on your purchased item that has exhausted stock.
If you have not received your clothing items within 5 business days of making your order, please email us with your order details, such as first name and order number. We will look into your delivery as a priority. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has resulted and that your parcel is awaiting you at your nearest post office for pick-up.
Any faulty clothing items will not be shipped, a full refund will be issued and the customer notified.
