RETURNS POLICY

30 DAY RETURNS

Thanks for shopping with our online store www.thezebraeffect.com.au. The best form of feedback is for our customers to be happy with their intended purchase.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you are entitled to send back your item/s with original tags intact, within 30 DAYS of receipt of purchase. An exchange, store credit OR refund will be arranged.

If requesting a refund, please note $10 will be deducted from the original total (shipping/restocking fee). A coupon of this value will be provided to you for future use (upon request), ultimately as a grand gesture from the team.

Item/s must NOT be worn, laundered or soiled. This means all item/s returned are free of damage, deodorant, perfume and makeup stains (fake tan, eyeliner, eye-shadow, foundation & lipstick).

For hygiene reasons, the following items are exempt from being returned, unless deemed faulty or damaged - Intimates, Swimwear, Hair Accessories & Jewellery.

Return postage is at the expense of the customer.

SALE ITEMS

Please note all SALE and discounted items are final and are not eligible for a return. For change of mind, incorrect sizing or wrong fit, there is no obligation to provide a refund as per Australian Consumer Law. For peace of mind however, The Zebra Effect will gladly issue a credit note less the original postage/restocking fee of $10, should there be a dire need to return the purchase. This credit will be valid for 12 months. Return postage is at the expense of the customer.

If an exchange is required, you will be provided with store credit to re-order the correct size and style. A shipping fee will be charged to send out the exchanged item, however rest assure this fee will be applied as credit on your account for your next order. This credit will be valid for 12 months. Return postage is at the expense of the customer.

WARRANTY

Under our consumer guarantee if an item is deemed faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover off return postage and provide either a replacement or refund as a remedy. Any issues must be brought to our attention within a reasonable time frame and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
