Shipping is on us! We want you to have your item as fast as possible, so within 24 hours of payment it will be on its way (unless purchased on a weekend... then Monday it shall be).
All orders are through Australia Post and tracked. Once your item is dispatched, we’ll send you a unique number for you to trace your items location - http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.
We make it easy by sending out your item for free! All you have to do is wait for a little red package to arrive at your doorstep.
In about 2-5 days you will be on your way to looking fabulous.
If you require express shipping, please contact us to arrange express delivery.
If an item goes on back-order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. If you are unhappy with this arrangement, we are open to providing a direct refund on your purchased item that has exhausted stock.
If you have not received your clothing items within 5 business days of making your order, please email us with your order details, such as first name and order number. We will look into your delivery as a priority. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has resulted and that your parcel is awaiting you at your nearest post office for pick-up.
Any faulty clothing items will not be shipped and a full refund will be issued.
