If you change your mind, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Once your return is approved, you will receive a store credit. All returns are issued as store credit, which never expires.
If you need a different size or style, simply use your store credit to place a new order.
Returned items must be free from damage and signs of wear, including deodorant, perfume, makeup, or fake tan (such as eyeliner, eyeshadow, foundation, or lipstick).
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty or damaged:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. This allows us to maintain competitive and affordable pricing across The Zebra Effect. Customers are required to organise return postage using their preferred carrier.

Warranty & Faulty Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, if an item is found to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return postage and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please notify us of any issues within a reasonable timeframe. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
